Terri: Looks to me I should take time off more often! Its very comforting knowing I have such amazing Trainers that our teams will get an amazing workout whether Im there or not! Sensational! I make it one of my missions to have nothing but 100% quality staff in TF both at the front line as Trainers as the back line in Admin supporting everyone. When you own your own business, it is very difficult to be able to hand things over to people and trust that the work will be conducted in the same manner, ethics and values as you yourself like, and have your clients remain happy and fulfilled in the services they have invested. So I would like to give a massive shout out to my team who always put in 110% no matter how tough things get! Daniel, Grace and Kaylene (yes even though you are off waiting to pop bubs, you too!) Thank you so much for everything that you do on the front line, offering our members 110% value, support and encouragement. Just amazing Trainers, super top quality! Its easy for you to see what amazing Trainers we have because you see their work for yourselves. Theo (I.T.), Ana (Head Office Admin), Marie (Back office Admin) and Grace (Head office Admin as well as Trainer) thank you for everything that you do behind the scenes that help make everything flow so smoothly, nobody even bats an eyelid! The Admin staff dont get anywhere near the recognition they deserve because you dont see what they do. So allow me to share some inside info on TF headquarters and what our Admin staff are committed to: - Each registration form for Circuit takes approx 15 mins to process, if it is straight forward; we have over 200! - Processing and reconciling our direct debits means our clients dont need to worry about finding money up front all the time and our Trainers are safe knowing they cant get mugged because they dont carry cash - Posting our daily posts on our Social Media with quality posts that are informative, educational, inspirational and motivation. Not to mention sharing our exercise routines! Each day has a different theme and Marie is a star at handling these! - Our daily meal posts (oh wait thats me, ok I get a shout out too lol!) I can tell you it is not easy taking photos of every single thing you put in your mouth and stay accountable to over 9,000 members. However, I know how valuable it is to your learning, so I am more than happy to do it. - Sending out birthday cards to each and every member - Preparing and issuing our monthly newsletter (that in itself is a HUGE task!) - Checking Food diaries and providing feedback - Conducting Nutrition Counseling which comes hand in hand with Nutrition Questionnaires, and 24/7 Support - Researching and posting blogs and articles - Responding to our hundreds of emails daily within our 24 hours commitment - Responding to phone enquiries within our 24 hour commitment - Preparing Training Programs for Group classes and PT - Preparing all online and offline forms, paperwork and information sheets - Booking events and workshops (venues, equipment hire, providing notes for attendees, food and catering, etc) - Sending out renewal forms on time - Advertising and marketing - preparing Welcome packs for new members - answering Social media questions and enquiries - Updating our assessments data base and ensuring our members have their results on time - Making sure the website is up and running perfectly - Book keeping - Accounts payable - preparing Powerpoints, eBooks, images, videos - Juggling schedules for people that cant attend training and need to make up classes These are just the tip of the ice burg! So as you can see, yes it is my business, yes I work over 60 hours per week, but there is no way I would be able to offer you anything like we do, if I didnt have the amazing support of an amazing team!!!
