Terrible news in Traverse City this morning. Last night a 29 year old women was riding her bike home from work at a brew pub & was hit and dragged about a block by a large black pick up or SUV. She died. Driver unknown. Last year at about the same time of year another woman riding her bike at night was hit by a large black SUV. Broken leg but she lived, thank god. She told police the driver slowed down, then revved his engine before hitting her. She believed it was intentional. Police are not ruling out a connection. Yikes!
