Terribly busy but tremendous Tuesday here at Fly Cup, how the kitchen is buzzing as the trainees help prepare the lunches for the dementia day care services, 150 rounds of sandwiches for a function at the town hall, and a training course at Schlumberger. All doing so wonderfully well. This week there is no NVQ training as Lorraine from the college is on holiday, hope she is enjoying the break. And if that was not busy enough, we are delighted to have quite a few volunteers this week, yesterday we were joined by Morven from Inverurie Academy and today by Rian and Callum (Pictured) all these young people are very welcome. On our menu we have Chicken and Sweetcorn soup, (Craig is doing this for the first time) or Brocolli and Cheese (ah a favourite of mine). Tuna pasta bake or fish pie for our pensioners £5.00 special two course and for desert why not enjoy Choc cake and chocolate custard.
