Terrorists are deserting and giving ATO forces valuable information about their associates On August 10 during the day, ATO forces built up their lead and increased the sector of their control in the district temporarily occupied by terrorists. At 14:00 the Panteleymonovka residential area was cleansed of the marginals. In the liberation of the town, a special purpose regiment participated as well as a separate reconnaissance battalion. According to intelligence in the Illovayska area the bandits had equipped fortified areas. These fortifications have numerous buildings and firing points. Russian mercenaries armed with tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and BM-21 Grad, greatly complicate the release of the residential settlement. However, terrorists have almost no chances to stay alive. Today, the enemy suffered heavy losses in manpower and technology. The forces of the ATO strengthened in the given area and are preparing for the final phase of the operation to liberate the city. Vanguard forces ATO completely blocked communication between Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The gang cannot resist the Ukrainian army, therefore, they are carrying out strikes on peaceful civilians. At 12:45 in the Green Corridor area, near Luhansk, a convoy of refugees, scheduled to depart at 13:00, was struck with a BM-21 Grad.
