Terver Kaki took Suswam to court over a valid cerficate issue that would according to law send one to 21years in jail. The unfortunate Nigerian PDP-judiciary and PDP-INEC swept the case under the rug. The almighty WAEC fell so low to dessociated itself instead clarifying issues, thereby washing its filth in broad daylight. Now, Kaki has been ordered by a judge over an inconclusive case to pay N2.5million to Suswam for damages and write apologies in 3 national newspapers. Just last year, some soldiers were court-marshalle d and sentenced to death for shooting an unpatrotic commander who committed treason by working underground for Boko Haram. Please help me out: Should the law be biased? Who is a Nigerian? Did Suswam ever defend himself by displaying the certificate for Nigerians to see its date of issue and validity? Does Nigeria have a judiciary system? Why has Suswam replaced his false barrister title with his political doctor?
