Tesco isnt the only accounting fraud in town, as we all know T. Clissold, a trained accountant. The actions of Bir Inder Singh Kathuria another accountant by profession, Standard Bank, T. Clissold and Kathurias son-in-law D. Salaman, seems to have been all part of a deliberate action to leave UK citizen Keith Darby with a permanent travel ban in China. This has involved at the very least highly dubious and immoral business conduct by these people British passport holders, resident in London and Darlington. Fraud, and continued ongoing conspiracy with the Chinese national Qian Jian an employee of the disgraced SOE China Resources, with increased personal threats against Darby and his wife, has dramatically intensified in this last few days. Darby and his wife are NOW threatened with arrest by the Chinese police in Hainan on totally trumped up charges by the people empowered and authorised by Standard Bank, Chinese Mai Quixiang, Zhong Jianyu and Qian Jian. This is all being done with the authority of the majority shareholder B. Kathuria of London and his St. Georges Settlement and Standard Bank. Standard Bank Trust and their advisor B. Kathuria, with his cousin a Mr Malhotra, are still the major shareholders, but they have given full power to act to the corrupt CRC Qian Jian to appoint CRC dummies Mai Quixiang and Zhong Jianyu, and to bribe the local police to lay false charges against Darby and his wife Lu Sheng Su. In China, people can be and are often thrown into jail with no evidence against them on false charges, and left to rot in jail for a year or two. Darby has already had to endure a Chinese travel ban with failing health for nearly 2 years as a result of B. Kathurias dishonesty. This is what Bir Inder Singh Kathuria and Standard Bank are now responsible for. They must stop this willful Chinese mafia type action immediately before Darby is killed, and his wife imprisoned or ultimately take full legal responsibility under UK laws. It is within B. Kathurias power and authority to call a halt to this. He should be clear that.....to bribe Chinese police to Wugao or lay false charges against a foreign citizen is a very serious crime, which carries the severest penalties. This is what Standard Bank and Bir Inder Singh Kathuria of 116 Hamilton Terrace, St.Johns Wood London have immersed themselves into. We think that soon may Darbys friends will be left soon with no choice if Kathuria continues with his actions. They should report the case to the British police and the SFO. That done, there would be no other end other than to let the British police and SFO action take its course in London.
