Test driving the new Okie Deadlift Bar! First clip = regular barbell, 2nd clip = The Okie! I didnt even get any real weight on there today, being my first day back at it, but even with just 405 you can still see a significant difference in that bar bend! I definitely need to continue practicing using one of these as my technique is still very much geared towards pulling with a stiff bar. If you dont pull correctly a deadlift barbell will actually make your deadlift much harder! When pulled correctly it can allow you to tap into your best numbers!
