Test flight successful! As you can see from the video, the parachute didnt open (though the rocket recovered safely and without damage). At first I thought this was because it had been packed at home and had about half an hour to set before launch, but then I realized that the falling model just didnt have sufficient airspeed to inflate the canopy. A streamer is my next thought, but that might actually stabilize the model enough to cause it to fall *faster*. Ill try it, anyway.
