Tested out the recipe provided by May Ng on her No Knead Bread,was curious with this method ,since i have all the ingredients ,i thought i might give it a try, no fuss, all very straight forward and EZ ,i mixed the dough last night ,right after dinner and this morning ,i baked them ,since i do not have the loaf pan yet ,i used my muffin pan instead,These pics shows the end results. For lunch ,we ate it with caviar ,present from a Special Friend (Juls Kitchen On Fire)in the MM group,brought all the way home from USA.TQVM.
