I had the privilege of meeting Sandy Nissou a couple of weeks before my August 16th wedding date. When I initially contacted Sandy over the phone, she was enthusiastic, accommodating and patient. As a result of this initial screen, I was eager to meet her in person. She was even more wonderful in person! Her information package, beautifully and clearly designed, was thorough and helped guide us through the process. During my first meeting, Sandy was meticulous - every little detail was discussed from flowers down to the smallest detail of what we should use as table numbers. She had an answer for everything and always explained different options we could use. I clearly knew at this point that I was working with a professional. I met with Sandy an additional meeting with my MIL a week before the wedding to solidify our plans. After meeting with her, my MIL explained what a large load of stress just talking with Sandy took off of her stress… I agreed! She gave us an update and we wrapped up all of the loose ends. We stayed in constant communication from our first meeting until the day after our wedding day. Sandy worked with all our vendors (who had nothing but excellent feedback about her) and communicated all the details and timing. She even gave us last minute ideas and helped us hire the necessary vendors for that. We had a very large wedding party (26 total bridesmaids and groomsmen and 7 little kids). Sandy was able to corral all the individuals and commanded an astounding presence. She was efficient and communicated succinctly the responsibilities of each of the attendees of the wedding party. Sandy stayed until the very end of the wedding (way past 2am) to assure that NOTHING was forgotten. Any complications that happened on the day of the wedding was taken care of by Sandy without consulting us to assure that we would not have any stress on our big day. Sandy stuck to the wedding day schedule that she created perfectly and her and her team kept us feeling at ease throughout the stressful day.
