****Testimony ***** Today Im celebrating 100 days since I started the GSC! I saw JJ Smith on Steve Harveys instagram page. I downloaded the book on my Kindle, read it in one day. I prayed about it, went shopping and started my new life on 6/22/14. After a couple days on the cleanse I reopened my Facebook page that had been closed for 2 years to see what the GSC page was all about.... Well let me tell you! I was so amazed by all the transformation stories and photos that it really inspired and encouraged me. It let me know this really works and its not some fad diet! I was tired of being sick and tired! Sick of yo-yo dieting. Since staring the GSC I have lost 4 double chins! LBVS... a total of 37 pounds! tons of inches and I actually have a neck! Prior to the cleanse I slept in an upright position most times because I would have acid reflux so bad that I would sometimes wake up choking. Countless of other aliments Ive been healed from as a result of my new lifestyle change. * Back pain * Insomnia * Knee pain * Fatigue * Sinus problems * Hyperpigmentation * High blood pressure (I hope at my next checkup to be taken off meds). Ive met some amazing women along the way that weve become friends. I thank them for their continued support along this journey. Im not where I want to be, but Im not where I was! JJ Smith thank you for your willingness to share your knowledge with the world! Thanks to you Im no longer calculating points, counting calories and all that other crap.
