Testimony from James Hewitt from 16/1/2014: Stopped a group of 5 uni student girls walking down Rupert street en route to a restaurant. Offered them delicious double chocolate cupcakes and explained I was here with a team to talk to people about Jesus and what Hes done for us. After some initial hesitation, one of the girls told her friends that we can trust the cupcakes because theyre from Jesus. Truth! Told them my testimony and preached the gospel in a few minutes, and they were listening intently although a couple were quite bemused. I ended by telling them that clubbing, boyfriends or a job wont bring them real satisfaction. That God brings that, and He loved them unconditionally, they were amazing, His daughters, that He wants them to know Him. One of the girls broke into tears, catching a glimpse of Gods father heart! They were in a rush, which was a shame as all except one became very engaged. I emphasised the importance of making the decision to follow God, said my goodbyes, blessed them and left them with some tracts. Hallelujah!
