Testimony that working out is actually making a difference. After painting at my daughter and future son in laws house when they first moved in....couldnt walk for days! Yesterday, we moved some furniture out to the shop to make room for the new flooring install and I painted the large family room. Up and down the ladder, standing, squatting. ...no pain today!!! Yeah!!! Incentive to keep going! All the hard work going on at casa Holm and Maki will be more than worth it....the house and property are looking beautiful! Great job Casey Maki and Delaney Holm! Love you both♥♥
