Texas Flag Donation -- Gateway parent and long-term substitute teacher Richard Florence has donated a Texas flag which flew over the State Capitol building on Texas Independence Day (March 2nd) as certified by state officials. He obtained the flag through a mutual friend connected with the Boy Scouts of America. He made the hand-off (pictured here) to Head of School Alan Santucci on Wednesday. The flag will be mounted on the wall of the Auxiliary Gym at some point in the near future. Thanks, Mr. Florence for the great gift!
