Texas Governor Rick Perry went all out for his “Merry Christmas” bill signing surrounding himself with bell-ringing Santa Klaus impersonators. The bill protects Texas schools from being sued by religion haters, as well. Perry noted that it is freedom OF religion, not freedom FROM religion. Perry signed the bill in the days before he was ready to head to Washington D.C. to speak to the Faith & Freedom Coalition’s “Road to Majority” conference being held there.
