“Texas Hospitality in New Mexico” Reviewed November 5, 2013 NEW I work with a cross country and track team, and have been a part of one in multiple roles over the past 8 years. Through all of those years, I have stayed at plenty of hotels and this was my first time to stay in New Mexico. From the moment I called the manager, Susanna, she was very helpful and accommodating to our needs with traveling with a group of 20 college athletes. Susanna was quick to get back to me if I had any questions about our travel arrangements and did a great job of making the process an easy one. We got to the hotel and were blown away by the decor and cleanliness of the hotel. Susanna came out right away to greet me despite the fact that we checked in relatively late. We had to leave prior to breakfast being served the next morning, so the staff at the hotel put together bags for us so that we could take on the bus - something that we greatly appreciated and have not been offered at any other hotel. The rooms were great, clean, up to date and superior to most hotels that we travel to. I can not recommend this hotel enough, as it is also located within walking distance of several restaurants. Clovis seems like a great town, and despite our overnight stay our experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and Suites was second to none. Give this a chance if you are in Clovis, you wont be disappointed! Stayed October 2013, traveled on business Value Location Sleep Quality Rooms Cleanliness Service
