Text of an email I just received: Steve, In 2012 , a Microdust Pro 880nm Vilnius Air Generator (VAG) was purchased that currently resides on Contract No. xxx-xxx-xx-x. This equipment was purchased to test sponsor detectors with dust challenges. The VAG is presently being stored at Battelle. Another government agency has a need to test equipment in the presence of dust. We would like permission to use the VAG for this testing which would be conducted at King Ave. Only ISO 12103-1, A2 Fine Test Dust would be generated with the VAG. No chemical contamination of the VAG would occur that would affect any future testing that your office might conduct. Do we have permission to use the VAG for this testing? Yeah, its time to leave work early.
