Thai Chiles in the garden. Ever Had Pad Thai with fresh ground - TopicsExpress

Thai Chiles in the garden. Ever Had Pad Thai with fresh ground Thai Chile Peppers and rating 7 on a scale of 1 to 5? I HAVE...wow....!!!! So this time I told the waiter, I want it hot and you guys never make it hot enough. He said, I will see what I can do. So he went and told the chef. They normally rate the heat factor on a 1 to 5 scale. So he made it a 7. Waaaaaay off the scale. On top of that he ground these fresh Thai Chile peppers into the mix and that Pad Thai nearly burned my face off! So naturally we want to duplicate that mouth burning, hot as Hades, torturous heat at home. Why? I have no idea. Anyway that is why we have this plant growing in our garden. The Thai Chile Peppers are less than 1/2 inch long. I actually bit into one to test it...while it was green and it was insanely hot. I spit it out right away (in the compost bin of course because if you dont have a compost bin...what the heck!...you are not a real gardener...jus sayin!) These Thai Chile Peppers pack a lot of punch and go a long way. foodscape.tips/hot-thai-chile-peppers
