Thank God we have performers like Ben Portsman keeping Elvis legacy alive. This is absolutely amazing. He has the King right down to the finger movements as his hand hangs at his side, his facial expressions, and his pitch. Elvis was one of the best singers EVER...BUT his pitch wasnt perfect. It was just enough off that it could make you FEEL the emotion. Like Vern Gosdin. It wasnt poor pitch. It was pain. Sorrow. Longing. Paul Scaffer has the band/orchestra ON IT. This brings back so many great memories. Back to when an artist brought it to the stage with insturments, vocalists, and incredible musicians....not pyrotechnics, mob dancers and smoke and mirrors. I sure do miss that. And I sure do miss Elvis.
