Thank You Cebu Pacific Air!!! 3 weeks ago I tried to book a flight bound for Cebu to Iloilo. I have to be home on March 29 timely for the Recognition Day of A-me, unfortunately all flights are fully-booked. So I decided to take the boat suppose to be today just in time for tomorrow. Recognition day is at 1:30pm and my ETA in Iloilo is about 9:00am. Then Maxs Moving - up was moved on the 29th ( suppose to be April 2) at 8:00am, so I have no choice but to find optional flights. Im glad that GPAD Travel is there to assist me. So I took a much longer flight Cebu-Kalibo at 3:15pm today. So I went to the airport, had myself checked in, heard the PA system calling for passenger bound for Caticlan and just came to my thoughts of asking if it is possible to transfer my flight to Caticlan(2:00pm)! My timing was late as the Caticlan flight cannot accommodate passengers anymore. So, I went inside the pre-departure area and again it came to my thoughts of asking if it is possible to transfer my flight to Iloilo (2:15pm). So just as the CebuPac closes its counter for Iloilo the staff graciously assisted me to her supervisor, which she then took my boarding pass. And guess what? I had my flight transferred without any fees. She gave me a new boarding pass this time bound for Iloilo. Instead of the hassle of flying longer (Cebu-Kalibo) and a longer drive home (3 hours), CebuPac saved me from missing the rehearsals of Max. So here I am, happy lying beside my girls and just finished singing (dandansoy) for Max to make sure she sleeps enough for tomorrows D-day. Today I thank Cebu Pacific Air for taking me home 3 hours earlier and for giving me additional 3 hours to be with my children.
