Thank You Kelsey! Looking at wedding dresses online was a blast, I had a list of about twelve plus size dresses I was looking forward to trying on at Davids Bridal. When I called to make my appointment, however, they informed me they didnt have a single model of any of the dresses I had picked out, and in fact, had less than five samples to try on. I was in a panic, and found bombshell, it was about a two hour drive from my parents house in Mid-Michigan, but absolutely worth it. Walking in I was greeted with a smile and friendly words. When I had the opportunity to pull as many dresses as I wanted to try off the rack and actually fit into them, not just hold them up next to me, I knew I was in the right place. We had a budget that for other bridal boutiques would probably seem very small, but I had at least five choices just from looking for a few minutes, if I would have needed more options, i would have had them. I ended up picking the second dress I put on, the attendant assisting me helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It was a strapless, all lace, corset back beauty, and I fell in love instantly. It was a closeout dress, and they only had two available, both in my size, I just had to pick white or ivory! I also received half off of my veil for purchasing with them. After picking the dress they gave my mother, sister and I a bottle of delicious champagne to celebrate, not only did we get one glass for a toast, we sat and drank a few glasses each while filling out paperwork. I cant say enough good things about this place. These ladies truly care about giving brides attention and helping them find something they feel beautiful in. Wedding: 05/24/2014
