Thank You NINA ROBINSON for your updates on Donnies health and welfare. Many of Donnies newer friends and some of his older friends are probably wondering who is Nina ? Well I think it is a love story worth telling Nina was Donnies Fiancée when he was first recruited by SOUND UNLIMITEDs founder Graham Webb way back in 1974.They soon separated and went their separate ways, Donnie onto Fame and Fortune becoming a Household name as the compare of Sound Unlimited ,Sounds and late night show Afterdark on channel seven and Radio shows on 2UW and 2KY as well as Magazine and newspaper columns. While Nina moved on to Queensland and married and had children. All these Years later Nina is single and has come back into Donnies life coming down to Sydney to be by his side while he faces this Huge Struggle with throat cancer and now ultimately having his voice box removed. Many of you know that I have worked closely with Donnie in the SOUNDS years and was his Publicist but I have succumbed to a Bug myself last week and am currently in the Hospital next door to where Donnie is, so I have been totally useless in relaying the latest News on Donnie Surgery.
