Thank You for accepting me into your group. I have to say first hand that Active Captain was a pleasure to use and a highly informative program that helped me plan my route from Key West to St Petesburg, Florida. A lot of people had done this route week after week and made better time with their overnight trips. I however was taking my vessel out for the first time on a long journey offshore and out of sight of land with a friend from Stock Island Marina. We delivered the Mystic Dream in 4 days as planned on the tracks I had set up and followed the waypoints to just a few feet of their planned pins. I urge others to use Active Captain along with Garmin Blue Charts to make the planning stages easier and harbor visits more enjoyable with a lot less stress.
