Thank god Im home. Bloody nightmare busy day. Dont feel accomplished anything even though got 2 appointments which was a miracle as I managed to miss any arranged calls I had planned due to admin and meetings and sorting this and that, anyway home now and got a much needed large glass of wine, easy pasta bake in oven, well almost got to cook pasta first and sat watching tv, catching up with my sad programs 90210, casualty, csi and holby later. Hopefully my anxiety attack will ease off. Argh! So stressed and breath! Calm down me!!!!
