Thank you Ces Drilon for doing the Army & Navy Club demolition/restoration story in ABSCBNs Bandila. She used my photos from 2006 and cited my blog as source. In her IG she said that it was my photo & Sen Pia Cayetanos questioning at Senate (re DMCI & heritage) that led her to pursue the story. She interviewed the NHCP. They issued a cease and desist order vs Oceanville Hotel & Spa Corp (developer) of the proposed boutique hotel/spa .... until they show their detailed plans. Questions... how did they get a permit to renovate/demolish/reconstruct a building thats been declared a historical site by the NHI without any public process &without showing plans.
