Thank you David Collingsworth for having the kindness and wisdom to spotlight the great Tom Turner. Besides being an amazing singer-songwriter in his own right, he has an encyclopedic knowledge of the fathers (and mothers) of country, folk, and blues music. And I have absolutely no doubt that Tom can play every Townes Van Zandt song that Townes ever recorded. As well as countless songs from countless other artists discographies. Tom is quiet and unassuming, but any musician in the world would do well to sit, listen, and learn from this gentle giant of a man. Im so blessed and grateful to have him as one of my best friends, and as a big brother.
