Thank you Edibles Tems for a wonderful write up about the Hip and Healthy Event we catered for. Detox Kitchen was the standout caterer for me – their “Edible Garden” spread was amazing. There were garden pots filled with carrots and what looked like black rice with some sort of aubergine dip, but I can’t be sure as it was so delicious, I was definitely focused on getting more of it into my mouth than contemplating the ingredients in what I was eating. edibletems.wordpress/2014/01/31/event-hip-healthy-launch/
