Thank you FML. ~G When being guided by our minds, EVERY feeling is preceded by a thought. And when being guided by our hearts (our intuition), every thought is preceded by a feeling. I always try and monitor my thoughts and remember that I am NOT my mind ~ I am so much more than that. The mind is a processor of info. Its job is to process ~ figure things out. So I divert the minds influence as often as possible and make a huge attempt (usually a successful one) and I run with my heart, gut, and allow that to be my guide and this manages my thoughts. I do listen and use my mind, but it does not govern me. It is not my first go-to. I have to take control of my mind or something or someone else will. It seems my heart is more aligned with what my soul and spirit want and need so I trust it. ~G
