Thank you Father for this beautiful September day and the beautiful people I have been able to spend it with. Tonight I ask for a special blessing for my friend Sara and her husband Joe. I ask that you would touch their lives with the peace and goodness that you alone can provide. Lord their burden is heavy and the road is uncertain and the pressures of this occasion of life are worrisome. I ask a blessing of goodness, joy and strength for the endurance that they need in these matters at hand. Lord I ask that your Holy Spirit would intercede for the needs of our prayers for you are the only one who truly knows every need that their acceptance and trust is complete for each and every need. I lift them up to you now in the wonderful gift of prayer that you have extended to those who will call upon your name. In your Holy name I do so tonight. Amen
