Thank you Jerrod Carter for my training plan!! Right now I see myself clumsily shuffling to the fridge to grab another Diet Coke and some raw cookie dough. At the end of this 14 weeks I am picturing myself like a sleek gazelle, effortlessly gliding around the block without even breaking a sweat. Although I was technically sober when I signed up for this 13 mile shindig, I was drunk with grief for my friend Shannon, who it will be in honor of. Only she could get Slow Sue to run!!
