KLM offsets that by poor service and even poorer aircraft (if that is indeed possible). Over and above that the cheap fare is offset by an inordinately high re-booking charge. Thank you, once again. No wonder you were almost bankrupt not so long ago. Hope you do get the sarcastic cynicism that I am famed for.
