Thank you Kim xx With Linda out of action for a while, and TRYING to rest, I am going to fill you in on last nights dinner. Everyone was in great spirits. It was a lovely night & thankfully not as hot as Thursday was. We were quite busy, and there were a couple of faces I, personally, had not seen before, many regulars & a returned patron who everyone was happy to see. We served roast beef with gravy, ham, jacket potatoes with sour cream & cheese, tossed salad, coleslaw, beetroot, pineapple & bread rolls. This was followed up with fruit salad, with cream & custard. Lets not forget the cherries & I think we have finally used up the last of them. I think everyone is a little cherried out, as hard as that is to believe. We had loaves of bread for anyone to take if they wanted to, along with a box of cake bars. Thanks to the other volunteers, Cherilyn, Lynette, Linda & Gae, who worked tirelessly as usual. We also cant forget B for helping to unload the van again. I hope I havent forgotten anyone. We will be out again tonight, so until then, have a great day everyone Kim
