Thank you Lee Kasimos for taking the time to write out this recipe, which I have cut and pasted from Messenger: KASIMOS MEATBALLS: 1 onion 4 garlic cloves 2 packs Swedish meatballs 2 cans chopped tomatoes 5 hot chilli peppers Sweetcorn 1 red pepper 2 tbsp tomato purée 300 ml red wine,rest of bottle you can demolish! Aldi wine by the way. 1tsp Italian herbs 1tsp cumin 1tsp oregano Worcester sauce Oxo cube Salt,pepper Method: Cook onion and garlic Add meatballs and cook Add chopped tomatoes,tomato purée. Add wine,boil to reduce down for 3 mins Add oxo cube Sweetcorn and good shake of Worcester sauce Add Italian herbs,oregano,cumin.pinch salt & pepper. Add chopped red pepper Heat oven 150 ish. Chop chillies. Wang the grub in a casserole type pot thing and put in oven for 1hr. Then add chillies and cook for 30 mins. Best served with red wine and plate full of pasta. shit hot this
