Thank you Mattaius, I accept the nomination for the Secretary EC position. Hello, I play the character Sophie. This will be my 4th season of MC. In real life I am attending post secondary studying to get my masters in library science. In the past year, I have set up and run my own jewelry business. Gaining experience running my own finances and organizing commissions. For the AGM I will be bringing with me the following; -Flash cards which new user name and passwords for every EC member and the GM that do not already have one. Creating a more professional way to contact us rather than through Face book messages. -Over 60 costume pieces catalogued, photographed, organized and laminated. Ready to be filled in with contact info of the desired player who wants to borrow the desired item. -A book in which to keep on the weekly mission notes of what costume pieces are more in demand, what has been loaned out and by whom as well a section of keeping track of all the profits made by each month. -My laptop and a physical back up copy of all the AGM notes with paraphrased paragraphs of all the proposals being brought up. (Ready to record the results so they can be properly applied to the rule books). It would be a fantastic opportunity to be the EC secretary. -Kaitlyn Dawe
