Thank you Mr. President for such a very late move! We would however like to know who do you call moderate rebels that your administration is willing to arm and train? And who will be responsible in identifying the moderates among the opposition forces. Who will be in charge of the military strategic planning as well? As you may be fully aware of; the current political and military opposition are more of an anti-democratic moves, and are not willing to recognise a secular constitution nor accept womens quota in their political establishment. Empowering the wrong entities now to fight ISIS is no way near any resolution to the endless conflicts and will eventually lead into more oppression to the Syrian people unless the process will work in parallel to establish a secular alternative and political consensus even if the region is going into sectarian division!
