It isnt my priority but I must receive money for medical treatments. My priority is to sue Greater Clark County School Corporations Disability Carrier for colluding with Dr. Bennett, bribery, $15,000 check from Lafayette, fraud, (charging me with fraud over the check they issued and tried to bribe me with), labeling me disabled when I was medically released by my doctors & submitted a medical release of health to return to work. Abrhams(Uniserve Director told me she and Dr. Bennett were going to retire me one way or another) Losing my home and health didnt matter to them. It ended with Wilders Circuit Court Trial. He served as the judge while the school board member served as the jurors. I had no legal representation. Lafayette Life & Greater Clark Co Schools created paycheck chaos which caused me not to receive unemployment. It caused pension collapse and home foreclosure. Travis Haire and Donna Mullins then cut off my Cobra health insurance after they violated my civil rights. The remaining school board member who handles the school corp. insurance and is connected to Culpepper Cooper insurance is CHRISTINA GILKEY. She knows what is going on right now and is pulling all of the strings for me not to receive employer disability. CHRISTINA GILKEY VICE PRESIDENT OF GREATER CLARK SCHOOL BOARD IS DEFINITELY VIOLATING HIPPP LAWS AND IS COMMUNICATING WITH LAFAYETTE LIFE INSURANCE CARRIER. LAFAYETTE JUST SENT ME AN AUTHORIZATION FORM FOR ME TO GIVE THEM PERMISSION FOR MY ACADEMIC RECORDS, BANK RECORDS AND WANTS TO COMMUNICATE WITH GREATER CLARK. THEY WANT ME TO SIGN A RELEASE FOR SYMETRA LIFE TO REDISCLOSE ANY AND ALL INFORMATION THAT DOESNT EVEN PERTAIN TO MY MEDICAL DISABILILITY. This is our current school board vice president in Greater Clark. She thinks she is untouchable. She had no problem violating my civil rights serving as a Circuit Court juror in my trial. It is absolutely incredible. These people are criminals. It is unbelievable what they have gotten by with. These people have their own set of rules for the town of Jeffersonville and Clark County.
