Thank you, Rachel Maddow. If we give those with developmental, cognitive, intellectual disabilities, whatever you choose to call them, good special education, the therapies they need, give their parents and their teachers all the supports they need to teach and raise the them, Texas would not be trying to kill yet another one with a low IQ. Of all states, Texas has lots of money to provide the special education and supports to disabled children and their families. Wouldnt it be better to spend it on their education, therapies and family supports than executions, trying to find new secret drug ways to kill them?
