Thank you Ricki Arches, Emily Abrera and Joey Venezuela for not - TopicsExpress

Thank you Ricki Arches, Emily Abrera and Joey Venezuela for not firing me. I may or may not have said this during a client meeting many years ago. We presented three boards to the clients. And they were happy. Unequivocably, grinning-from-ear-to-ear, my-market-shares-are-way-up happy. Id like to thank the agency for the great ideas you presented today. My favorites are really the first and the third boards. They each have their strengths. I was wondering, is it possible to combine the strengths of these two into one board? When clients are happy, the rule is: keep them that way. And say something like, Thank you, were glad you liked the ideas. And thank you for your invaluable and insightful input. Well see if we can make it work. I was not made aware of this rule. So I replied, Isipin mo na ang mga storyboard na ito ay ulam. Yung isa adobo. Yung isa sinigang. Pareho silang masarap. Pero pag pinagsama ang dalawang ulam na ito sa iisang kaldero, ang resulta ay KANIN BABOY!!! Thanks to my excellent peripheral vision, I noticed my accounts guy turning purple and going into cardiac arrest. MORAL LESSON: Clients dont like food analogies during concept discussions.
