Laws banning the ownership of certain breeds and types of dogs have been passed at the local and state level in response to dogs inflicting injuries on humans or other animals. Although currently there is no legislation pertaining to this issue on the federal level, I will keep your views in mind if I have the opportunity to review or vote on this issue.
