Thank you Sprint for showing me how professional and trustworthy you can be when I signed a contract with you knowing you would terminate my early contract fee. (Which you failed to do which you promised!) You proved to me even more how you expect me to give you money which you think you deserve? I even made a physical appearance in your corporate retail store demanding you cancel my service for being so shitty with your outstanding dead zones and outrageous fees that any other provider will gladly pay half with much better service. But i guess talking to your manager and customer service hotline in store to cancel my service. You still decided to charge me for three months of service which I owe you 689.00$ for data I never used. So why not investigate your mistake? Or not even notice I never used any data for three months? Oh because you like taking my money I guess. Thank you again!
