Thank you Willie for speaking the truth! There are so many people walking around with anger right now, most who arent even from Ferguson, but for someone who this situation really hit home with to not only stand up for police officers but also remind people to take responsibility for their own actions & respect authority... Now thats what Im talking about! For me this is not so much about race as it is about people with authority making poor decisions because they feel like they can. Ive paid attention to every police brutality situation, not just the ones that blow up because it happened to be a white officer & a young black victim. I believe in peaceful protests & shedding some light on these people who take advantage of their badges but also know that there are HEROS who join law enforcement for all the right reasons & they serve & protect us with their lives daily. Lets not forget about them. Lets not forget about the loss of jobs, kids who cant go to school, families who cant go to the grocery store or have left their homes in Ferguson due to the chaos. While so many people who dont have to suffer these consequences are stirring up even more hatred & anger on social media, we need more people with some sense to stir up peace, understanding, awareness, love. Has anyone who has thrown rocks at businesses or police cars bothered to send Mike Browns mother flowers? Theres so much more that can be done by people who can truly make a difference rather than making a situation worse! #imjustsayin
