Thank you all for a wonderful sale. We have deleted our previous post- thank you to those of you who remain positive and patient. We have been working TIRELESSLY to create a positive buying experience on sale nights. Among other things, we have tried (3) different e-commerce platforms, each change requiring a total overhaul of our processes and procedures. We have implemented a new checkout system to stop auto-carting. We have increased production to our maximum capability for holiday orders. We have established raffles to enable more new customers to purchase... And weve done all of that because we truly appreciate you and understand your frustration. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sticking with us! Moving forward we will be deleting negative comments in regards to things beyond our control. This is our happy place!
