Thank you all for taking part in the naming of our New Development over the last couple of weeks. Weve had a great response! We can now reveal that the 2 names going to our Board, and MTCBC for consideration are Corona Court, and Puddler Court!! Corona Court was the name that came into us over and over again from the public, and of course is named after the Corona pop depot that stood on the site in the 60s and 70s. Puddler Court was the name voted at the Archaeology evening which was again open to the public. Puddler, is related to the old Cyfarthfa ironworks and comes from the name given to the workers who turned pig iron into wrought iron by heating and stirring molton lumps of metal.
