Thank you all for the messages and text! Gods family is amazing and caring! I made it to SF and drove straight to the hospital . I must say Mom having surgery while I was in flight was unnerving because I didnt know until landing if and how she came through . When I turned my cellphone on I had about 10 texts and I had to swallow big because I was nervous and thought to myself. .... This is not good! But the text were from so may of you praying for us. But I called Hy right away. Mom came through the surgery fine. Thank God. She is in a lot of pain and very disoriented but resting off and on . I am exhausted.... Dosed off for a few minutes here and there during my flights! I feel like I could sleep standing right now. Why does it take so long to get from anywhere in the East Coast to come out here??? But Im safe and here with my brother n family. I will not be at NQC this week. Im sorry I have to miss it. Im disappointed and I will also miss seeing all our friends. But I need to be here. Hy n I must decide on a rehab facility for Mom. She will be released Tues, if no complications. Then we must decide if Asst Living will still be sufficient. Im thinking she will need more round the clock help so we have a lot going on! Aside from the fact that Mom is not a good patient, its hard to make decisions for your own parents Thank you again all my FB prayer partners. U never let me down. And plez dont forget us. Mom for a good n speedy recovery and my Brother and I for wisdom. Xoxo
