Thank you all for the prayers! 4yo Peyton has second degree burns over front and back torso, neck, and a little bit of her face. She spilled a bowl of Ramen from on the counter as she was getting off her stool. I never dreamed it was hot enough to give second degree burns! I quickly ripped her shirt off and threw her in the shower, and the skin immediately started to bubble in large sheets. We were admitted to the emergency room within 20 minutes of the time she got burned. Im so thankful we live close to the hospital! They gave her acetaminophen with codeine for pain and then wrapped her burns in antibiotic bandages. We have a follow up in 2 days.
