Thank you all of you for 300+ messages of support. In 2012 I randomly started having strokes and seizures I never had them before they was like brain damage episodes where you loose total control of your body, speech, movement and nervous system, your body speeds up and slows down, and does strange things like repeating words 100s of times and rolling your head and spinning around and each one is similar but different, I wouldnt wish it on anyone they are not painful just exhausting like my brain becomes damaged for one hour and you loose 90% of your functions you can still eat, drink, wee, which after one hour I could just snap out of them, I didnt fall on the floor and shake it was strange they lasted about 1 hour and happened everyday for 6 month and over the second 6 months happened less and less as my brain slowly recovered from lack of sleep until they stopped fully I spent 2 month in hospital on a specialist brain and neurology unit, they said it from lack of sleep, stress and physically exhausted, Yesterday was totally unexpected I had only one which lasted one hour, at first I assumed it was a actual stroke I was a little worried but I was wrong, it was exactly what I had nearly everyday 2 years ago. I am hoping I will be back to normal and that was just a one-off but the next few days and weeks will tell if I am going to start having them everyday again, or if it was just a one off I have been fine for 2 years, I didnt go to hospital the ambulance came but I refused to go because I dont need an ambulance someone more important could have taken the ambulance I was scared to wake up this morning incase I had more straight away but so far so good, I must sleep more and change my diet and exercise a lot more now. thank you everyone and Once Central game and app is still my main priority i have only been awake one hour and busy answering emails, building, researching and promoting Oncecentral xoxoxo
