Please be more careful when you advise Dr. Walts on road conditions. Take a look at where you are sending your scouts. What went wrong? Dont skirt this issue, take responsiblity and stand up for your employees. They deserve that from you. Many of you may not be aware that drivers can lose their jobs for these types of accidents. Many were better off calling out sick. Lets not punish those that showed and did ther jobs to the best of their ability. The administration makes a poor decision and staff pays the price.
