Thank you everyone for being part of the 40th Anniversary Open House. Our guests had a good time visiting with everyone. Mary Esparra from the Times Herald Record gathered enough stories in the 2 hours she was there to write two feature articles about the shelter, watch for these in the next few months! Special thanks to Tracey, our shelter manager and ALL the staff and volunteers! The shelter looked EXTRA clean and fantastic... a place you really want to spend time in and linger with the cats and dogs. Our 40th Anniversary party will continue - well soon be offering $40 adoption fees (stay tuned for details)! Please plan to attend our Nov. 8th Penny Social in Walden starting at 3 pm. Grace and her new family made an appearance too! Thanks again to everyone for helping make this a special day
