Thank you everyone that made yesterday probably the best birthday Ive had in a long while. It wasnt nearly as miserable as I anticipated and everyone kept me out of my head for the day. It was really nice hearing from so many people. Even more so those of you that I hear very little from. I fully understand life is busy, it means a lot that the time was taken to make sure I wasnt being a turd. I started my morning with my cat, we sat by the window and watched the rain over coffee. A good friend recorded a song for me. I saw my parents first thing, heard from my sisters, had a great day at work, and had dinner at Tuckaway with Melissa Anne and her Tom. received three books, a giftcard, wishbones, a cd Ive been waiting for, sweets, and so much love. I ended my night listening to Neil Gaiman tell me short stories with Aj while we waited for Matthew. We smoked cigarettes and laughed while Henry Rollins went on about how he hates dating. Before bed we facetimed Joe and Gina, and I woke up to a lovely text from her. Thank you everyone. Im feeling good.
