Thank you for adding me. I am assisting my second cousin trying to identify her father. She was never told who her father was and her mother lied on her birth certificate naming a man that was not the father. The mother then changed her name to the name of her then husband when she was a child. Her dna has revealed that she is ashkenazi jewish on her paternal side. She was born i Newark NJ in March 1933. In the 1930 census, her mother was listed as a clerk in the stock/bond industry. We do not know if that was in NYC or Newark. Later in life, her mother was a piano player and singer.
